Children's room: so it looks neater and bigger

Furnishing tips for children's rooms are listed by the portal "Falstaff Living" from Vienna. Among other things, parents should be sparing with different materials. In this way, they can prevent unrest from arising in the children's room. So that the children's room does not appear too untidy, toys and clothes should be sorted out from time to time.

The portal also advises to put a loft bed in the children's room. This not only saves space, but also makes the children happy - after all, loft beds are coveted by many children. However, the portal points out that loft beds are only suitable for children from an age of about six years.

In children's rooms, rather light colors should be used if the room is to appear visually larger. According to Falstaff Living, this effect can also be created by painting or wallpapering the children's room using certain techniques. Thus, wallpapers with longitudinal stripes stretch the room, and even a paint that goes only to just below the ceiling, provides such an effect.
