Whether a ceiling solution for a multi-storey timber construction, a dry stacking system for masonry blocks or a smart bike parking system - the Federal Ministry for the Environment (BMUV), the Federal Environment Agency (UBA) and the International Design Center Berlin (IDZ) have announced the 28 nominees for the Federal Ecodesign Award 2022.
Interested parties can get an impression of the nominees and their projects at bundespreis-ecodesign.de/en/winners/nominees-2022 and take a look at the environmentally friendly creations by designers, companies and students from Germany and Europe.
The winner of the Federal Ecodesign Award 2022 will be decided by a jury with members from the fields of politics, product design and the environment. The winners will be announced on Monday, December 5, at the award ceremony by Federal Environment Minister Steffi Lemke. They will each receive a cash prize of 1,000 euros.
