The "Falstaff Living" portal from Vienna lists furnishing tips for children's rooms. Among other things, parents should use different materials sparingly. In this way, they can prevent clutter in the children's room. Toys and clothes should be sorted out frequently so that the children's room does not appear too messy.
The portal also advises placing a loft bed in the children's room. This not only saves space, but also makes the children happy - after all, loft beds are popular with many children. However, the portal points out that loft beds are only suitable for children from the age of around six.
Light colors should be used in children's rooms if the room is to appear larger. According to Falstaff Living, this effect can also be created by painting or wallpapering the children's room using certain techniques. For example, wallpaper with vertical stripes stretches the room and a coat of paint that only reaches just below the ceiling also creates this effect.
