The working group "Die Moderne Küche" (AMK) points out that there are more and more energy and water-saving built-in appliances for kitchens, which more and more customers are opting for. For example, dishwashers can save water compared to normal dishwashing.
Built-in appliances from the refrigeration product area are also particularly sustainable. According to AMK, sensitive food can be kept up to five times longer than in a refrigerator without this technology thanks to so-called freshness technology.
There are also sustainable solutions for baking, roasting and cooking. Sensor technology can now ensure that nothing burns, overcooks or boils over. In connection with sustainable built-in appliances for kitchens, the AKM also draws attention to the new EU energy labels, which kitchen specialists are happy to inform their customers about if required.
