The costs of modernization measures are broken down by the wohnen-magazin.de portal. Under the "Modernize" tab, interested parties will find a tool where they can choose between "Energy-efficient renovation" and "Create living space". Under "Energetic refurbishment", for example, planned modernization measures such as "Modernize heating", "Insulate exterior walls" and "Replace windows" appear. If these are selected, the costs appear.
Under "Creating living space", interested parties can also find information on the costs of new living space. Among other things, you can find out how much it will cost to extend the cellar, add a conservatory or extend the roof. The portal uses calculators from various sources and points out that the costs can ultimately vary, for example due to differences in materials.
