If the smart wall charging station is to be installed in an apartment building, it is necessary to consult with the other homeowners or the property management. Tenants should also clarify what will happen to the wallbox if the tenancy is terminated.
Even if the installation of the wallbox is usually unproblematic, it should never be done on your own. Since it is operated with three-phase alternating current, a specialist should carry out the work. This person checks the mains connection and knows whether installation work such as laying cables or breaking through walls is required.
