The GdW Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen (Federal Association of German Housing and Real Estate Companies) and the energy performance group Getec are offering a "heating check online" for housing companies. The aim of the heating check is to increase system efficiency, reduce energy consumption and cut CO2 emissions.
The heating check comprises four steps. In step 1, the system is inspected and the system parameters of the heating system are recorded on site. In step 2, further parameters - such as exhaust gas values and operating temperatures - are recorded. A software-supported system analysis is then carried out in step 3. In step 4, a 20 to 25-page analysis report is prepared. This contains, among other things, recommendations for plant optimization.
The heating check is intended not only to inform housing companies about their existing systems, but also to provide them with support in modernizing their systems using renewable heat generation. For more information, interested parties can visit gdw.de.
