A Disney settlement is to be built in Rancho Mirage in California's Coachelly Valley. This can be found in a statement from the group. The group wants to work with respected builders. Future residents are also expected to benefit from a 24-hectare blue lagoon surrounding the settlement. Optional club membership grants residents year-round access to a waterfront clubhouse, VIP beach area, Disney programming, entertainment and activities, among other things.
A mixed use of residential and commercial (shopping and gastronomy) is planned in the Disney settlement. Later, external visitors will also have access to the settlement.
