From the end of August, it will be possible for commercial homeowners to apply for state subsidies for heating renovations. Applications for funding can be submitted until November 30, 2024 for heating renovations that have already been commissioned since the end of December 2023. The so-called BEG subsidy not only offers financial incentives for carrying out energy-efficient renovations, but also helps to increase the energy efficiency of buildings. The KfW also offers low-interest loans for individual measures of up to 120,000 euros per residential unit.
