The working group "Die Moderne Küche" (AMK) points out that there are more and more energy- and water-saving built-in appliances for kitchens, which more and more customers are opting for. For example, water can be saved with appropriate dishwashers compared to normal washing up.
In addition, built-in appliances from the refrigeration product area are also particularly sustainable. According to AMK, a so-called freshness technology can keep sensitive foods up to five times longer than in a refrigerator without this technology.
Furthermore, there are also sustainable solutions in the areas of baking, roasting and cooking. Meanwhile, sensor technology can ensure that nothing burns, overcooks or boils over. In connection with sustainable built-in appliances for kitchens, the AKM also draws attention to the new EU energy labels, about which kitchen specialists will be happy to inform their customers if required.
