To help property owners plan modernization and refurbishment measures, the Association of Private Building Owners (VPB) compiles an individual refurbishment roadmap to help owners maintain the value of their property. The individual renovation roadmap includes a list of construction measures that are adapted to the owners' respective living situations.
In order to be able to create a well thought-out renovation roadmap, the VPB experts first visit the property and examine its structural condition. Regardless of whether owners only want to carry out small and inexpensive modernization measures, such as replacing a heating system, or whether they want to carry out a complete energy refurbishment, the VPB experts always take into account the financial possibilities of the owners.
With a customized schedule, owners ensure that the necessary measures are carried out in the technically correct sequence. The VPB also provides information about government subsidies and programs for renovation and modernization measures and helps with the application process. Support from a VPB expert is also subsidized. The "VPB entry package individual renovation plan" costs 280 euros and can be booked online.
